1. Pre-paid Tokens
Because APIBro uses a pre-paid request token model, all purchases of request tokens are generally non-refundable once the tokens have been added to your account and partially used.
2. Exceptions
We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis if you experience technical issues on our end that prevent you from using the service, provided you notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
3. How to Request
To request a refund, please contact our support team from your registered email address with your transaction ID and reason for the request.
